Elda Kaye Stockton, 68, died Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at her home in Tontitown. She was born September 19, 1951, in Newport, Arkansas, to Clifford Charles and Evelyn June Ridens Jones. She loved fishing, traveling, especially to casinos, and attending family functions. She was instrumental in starting the first soccer league in Northwest Arkansas and was a member of the Beaver Lake Lady Anglers.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Stockton, of their home; one daughter, Caryn Stockton of Springdale; one granddaughter, Kristin Loveday and husband Justice of Tontitown; one great-granddaughter, Stella Jean Loveday of Tontitown; five sisters, Hazel Johnson of Lowell, Lola Gatewood of West Plains, Missouri, Bonnie Camp of Rogers, Mary Rhodes and husband Glen of Lowell, and Tricia Griffith of Rogers; one brother, Jerry Jones and wife Mary Ann of Ash Flat; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by one son; Kevin Eugene Stockton; two sisters, Carolyn Clines and Lorene Goshen; and one brother, Charlie Jones.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, August 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Tontitown. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Home.
