I am so incredibly Sad to get this news. Patrick had the most amazing love in his forever smiling eyes for everyone. You could tell That he had an amazing family and loved the Lord with all his heart. He will be so greatly missed by all who knew him and I even believe those who just met him at church and maybe did not even know his name. He was a blessing to all of us and again will be very very missed. I feel so honored to have gotten to know him in the gift shop years ago… Read more »

Dear Vicki, David, and family, We are very sadden to hear about Patrick. In the short time you lived here in Cincinnati we came to know and love Patrick. His love of music was his connection with Michael. Will cherish those loud jam sessions they had at your house. And then when he was the “DJ” at Melanies’s wedding. Patrick was very sweet young man in thinking of others, and his smile was contagious. In his short time on earth, it was full of love, laughter, and music, which touched so many hearts. We wish we were there with you… Read more »

Patrick was a rare human being with a heart of pure gold. He was an inspiration with his joy & fearlessness. Everyone was his friend.
I will never forget sending Patrick some chopsticks for his 30th birthday. My Aunt Vicki told me that Patrick was resistant to new things but that he actually learned how to use them since I had sent them. They sent me the sweetest picture of him using them.
I wish I had lived closer to him so we could have spent more time together.

Patrick was one of a kind. His heart knew no boundaries. Even on your worst day he could make you laugh when he was making fun of his dads voice. He taught me the true meaning of friendship . I was truly blessed the day we met. David and Victoria thank you for letting me be a part of his life. He took a piece of my heart when he left this earth. Love you my dear friend. I hope your going HOG WILD.

To all of my Hayes family, there is an empty place in my heart for my brother Patrick. He always thought of me as his brother as I did him. I don’t think any of us was prepared for his untimely departure from our lives. I will always remember him fondly, with his love of God, family, and I think almost everyone he came in contact with. I am the better for having known and loved such a beautiful soul. Love was simple and easy for him, something I have been the beneficiary of. I will always have happy memories… Read more »

Patrick’s love for other people showed in his smile and through his eyes. I am praying that his gentle spirit is even more invigorated at meeting his Lord and Savior in heaven. I will miss seeing him at Sunday mass. I pray that his family finds comfort in knowing that Patrick is now their own angel watching over them forever.
