Joey was one of the best friends I’ve ever had, and I will miss him dearly. He was an amazing person with a huge heart. I only wish that I could have seen him again to tell him in person what his friendship meant to me. I love you, Joey!!!

It’s crazy to think that you are gone, but I guess we all have to go someday. I will always remember you funny jokes, the adventures we had, and you always sneaking food off the stove when I was cooking at Faye’s. You never could wait until it was done. Our lives may have changed, but I always loved you like family. You will be greatly missed Old Man. 💗

Joseph – We didn’t know each other for all that long, when I say not that long…. maybe two months at the longest, and to say you made the largest impact on my heart in so short of time is not an exaggeration. You had the best advice, full of hilarious stories, and an overall go with the flow type of guy. I will forever be thankful for getting the privilege to know someone like you. I remember the first time I met you, and hearing Bran call you “dad”, and I almost thought he was kidding – until I… Read more »

Doesn’t seem right, definitely not fair. We fought so much people truly think we hated each other. That was just us though, we’ve fought our whole life but come down to it we ALWAYS had each others back. Just as siblings should. I already miss you more than words can express and this goes to show people need to lay down the grudges before it’s too late. At least I never have to worry about another belly claw, but I would endure another thousand to have one more day!

It breaks my heart that I won’t make it to the funeral so I’ll just say my goodbyes here. It’s so hard to believe that you were taken so young, it hurts. I prayed for you. The memory I have most of you, that God brings to my mind is when I had just got out of jail. I was in for 21 days and I had to move in with mom and walked to work everyday until I could collect money for a car. I had never been that low. You saw me walking and stopped to give me… Read more »

As a kid, I remember you making my nose bleed with your baseball bat and throwing me to ground by my hair. As an adult, I remember you being a good listener and a good talker. Caring and supportive. My bff, my partner in crime, my nephew. I will miss you terribly.
