What a wonderful friend Helen was. She was kind and caring and knew exactly when I needed a laugh. I will miss her great sense of humor, intelligence and fun loving spirit. I always felt so comfortable in her presence. She had a way of making me feel right at home wherever and whenever I was with her. I remember so many shopping trips, country music concerts, sitting together in the audience listening to Jeff’s band and all those times we simply enjoyed talking over a pot of coffee. We had a ball no matter what we did. I am… Read more »

Very sad to hear about Helen’s passing, I worked with her at Springdale Memorial Hospital. She was such a lovely, caring and sweet lady. She made the best divinity candy, I have ever had. I looked forward to her making it at Christmas time. I just loved Helen and thought of her often through the years. My condolences to her family . Praying for you.

Oh my goodness, I just saw this. Helen was a real jewel. Her parents and my parents were very good friends.
We all lived out at Hickory Creek before moving into town (Springdale).
To the family left behind……may God comfort you.

My thoughts & prayers for Bob & Kelli & family & friends. I worked with her @ Springdale Hospital in Medical Records. We lost contact but she was always on my mind, best person a young girl at that time could ask for. Best teacher & mentor, she taught me a lot in life. Forever in my ❤!

She is my one and only first cousin. Our mothers were sisters. My sister Janet and I met her for lunch every few weeks. She was always cheerful and happy. Being with her was a pleasure.

I didn’t know Mrs. Elmer very long but when I got to know her a few years ago I was delighted by her kindness and good spirits. I recall having Thanksgiving meals with her and Bob and the kids, which my wife and I had been invited to because we didn’t have any of my family in the area. The meals were very pleasant and I was so pleased to get to know this lovely woman and her family.
