Thanks to Nicole, I was able to connect with him and had just recently spoken with him for about an hour. I can tell that he was a great guy and had made a positive impact on many people.
His father and my father were brothers. That is about all I ever knew about him. It is great to know that the Berzley family was well represented by his life.
May GOD comfort all of those who will miss him and may each of us love GOD with all of our heart.

Margaret, Tracy & Dory, I am so sorry for your loss. I just found out that Fransis moved to our future home! (this is a result of both my parents passing, they always kept me abreast of people from my old neighborhood that was sick or passed away) I have many fond & happy memories about Fransis & the family. For years is seems, (& almost like yesterday) you all traded w/my dad at Joe’s Market. Tracy was probably a 4 year old and Dory might have been two… I will always remember Fransis’ kind disposition. He was always an… Read more »

Hi Mr. Rick! Thank you for the message and reflection of Papa. We love seeing how he impacted others’ lives outside of our own. In fact, we feel the same way toward your parents as you do toward Papa! I remember walking into Mr. Joe’s market and always getting suckers while he and Papa conversed. It’s some of my earliest memories, actually! Papa was a lover of all, as you know. This world truly is a little less bright without him. Again, thank you for taking the time to remember him with us. It means the world. We hope you… Read more »

I don’t know what to say. Red and Margaret are what two people that love each other is all about. They were rays of light in the darkness that follows us sometimes. My heart goes out to Margaret. What a pleasure to know and get to know Red. May he rest in the peace of the prince of peace…and may God comfort and grant that same peace to Margaret and his daughters.
