I have known Miss Alice since 1992. I met her and her husband, Peter, at Temple Baptist Church all those years ago. Miss Alice was a faithful, Godly lady! I am grateful for her example, her kindness, and her service, and I am thankful that she is now with her Savior and reunited with her beloved Peter.

Love you, Miss Alice!

Every Sunday I got a hug from Alice. I told her I could not go through the week without it. She would smile and her eyes always had a way of smiling, too. Alice was loved by many. My granddaughter would ask, How is “Cute, Little, Miss Alice?” And that she was. I also loved Peter and always missed his research on all the politicians that he would hand out to church members. He never swayed your opinion, just did lots of research and let you decide for yourself. She will be greatly missed, but I just keep thinking that… Read more »

Mrs. Alice was my buddy. We had a weekly routine of a hug and me telling her that I love her and will see her next week.” She would always say- Lord willing… and I love you too.” What a blessing she has been and a faithful example to all of us. I love you Mrs. Alice, I’ll see you again.

Alice would always tell me what her grandchildren were doing. She loved her precious children and grand children. She even loved an ornery children’s pastor at Temple and would smile every time she saw me. I loved her so very much and will miss her greatly.

Pam and Family, I am truly so sorry for your loss. I remember your dear mother from when we were in elementary school. I only met her a few times when she would attend school events, but even speaking with her briefly it was clearly evident that she was a fine gentle lady, very kind and loving. God bless you all.
